How to Order

You can order online, or by telephone/email/post.

Online

You will find all our products listed from the left hand side menu, simply add products to your shopping basket and proceed to checkout. If you have not shopped with us before you will need to create an account, and you can specify an alternative delivery address if you wish.

Security & Payment

We use PayPal for our online payments, this system is totally secure and you can pay using any credit or debit card. You do not need a PayPal account to buy from us.

Telephone

To order by telephone please call 03333 44 00 80 (local rate from landline and mobile) between the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Please have the details of the item(s) you would like to order, and you card details, to hand.

Email/Post

To order by post / email please send a cheque made payable to Excellent Stuff to Excellent Stuff, 85 Hen Gei Llechi, Y Felinheli, Gwynedd LL56 4PE. You can include credit card details in a cover letter if sending an order by post, but under no circumstances email your credit card details.

Stock Levels

Products that are out of stock are indicated as such on the web site, and our system automatically alerts us when new stock is required. We endeavour to dispatch all orders received by 12 noon on the same day, subject to stock availability. In the unlikely event that we cannot ship your order within 24 hours we will contact you via e-mail or phone with an expected delivery date.
