Returns Policy

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. However if you are not for any reason you are welcome to return the goods.

Returns & Cancelled Orders

We ask you to package and return the goods to us at your own expense within 14 days of delivery. Goods must be returned in unused condition complete with the original packaging and labels.

If are disappointed with the goods or they were damaged in transit please provide this information. This will enable us to make improvements.

On receipt of the goods, we will inspect them and either supply a replacement at our expense or provide a full refund. Please indicate your preference.

We recommend that you use registered post for all returns worth £25 or more.

We are unable to accept for refund any items which are either made to order or cut to size, unless we supplied the goods in error.

Refunds

We aim to process refunds within 2 days of receipt of returned goods. Refunds will usually be by the same means as payment but we reserve the right to provide a refund by company cheque.

The outward delivery cost will not be refunded unless the goods were supplied in error by us.

PPE (Personal Protection Equipment)

Please note that PPE equipment cannot be returned (PPE is Personal Protection Equipment and applies to caving, climbing and industrial equipment including helmets, harnesses, ropes, and accessories intended to link a person to a structure / face such as camming devices, karabiners, slings, ascenders, etc.)

Your statutory rights are unaffected.
